Calendar legacy feature — rehome pending

This tab is planned to preserve the existing /opt/portal/ feature inside the new spaceship theme. Rehoming happens in Phase 6b after the new foundation is stable. The existing portal at centcom.rollerup.ca still serves it in the meantime.
