## Day 3: Understanding Custom Products

### Why "How Much Does It Cost?" Is Complicated

Every ROLLerUP product is custom-made. Price depends on:

1. **Dimensions** - Width × height (measured in inches)
2. **Operation** - Manual, motorized, smart-home integrated
3. **Features** - Color, finish, controls, sensors
4. **Installation** - Complexity, location, access
5. **Quantity** - Multiple units = better pricing

**Key Point:** Never quote prices off the top of your head. Always use the quoting system or defer to sales.
